ROLE: Marketing Intern
WORK: Managed the instagram account for Ralph’s Coffee, building content schedule and copywriting, creating co-branded content for collaborations, overseeing UGC, and designing social media campaigns to grow and retain consumers. Organized and executed promotional events, collaborations, and product launches with influencers and brand partners like Vogue and La Colombe. Created and executed omnichannel launch plans for new products across social accounts and managed subsequent consumer response to extend brand positioning.
